Admitted to New York State Bar in 2010.  Education: State University of New York at Binghamton (B.S., Management Information Systems, 2006); Hofstra University, School of Law (J.D., 2010).  During Law School, Mr. Bogaty was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Journal, and Family Law Clinic and received awards for his participation in the Mediation, Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution seminars.  Mr. Bogaty worked for the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration.  Over the past two years Mr. Bogaty has closed over five-hundred Lender and Real Estate Transactions.

Mr. Taub has over 10 years experience in real estate and both residential and commercial mortgage financing. As an attorney, Mr. Taub has represented major international banking institutions and has closed over 500 real estate transactions personally.
